Profiles in Biological Chemistry Erin Goley, Ph.D. ProfileContent ​ In an important step towards a molecular understanding of bacterial cytokinesis, the Goley Lab recently reconstituted membrane-targeted assembly of the tubulin-like cell division protein, FtsZ, inside of vesicles.
